MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITY

At Howard Bentley Buick GMC, community involvement is a fundamental part of our business. We believe that being an active member of the community not only benefits others, but it also strengthens our company as a whole. Our dealership has been serving the Albertville, and surrounding, community for over 30 years and we continue to find ways to give back. 
Over the last year we have:
  • Sponsored over 100 events.
  • Sponsored over 50 teams or organizations.
  • Worked hand-in-hand with the Albertville Chamber of Commerce.
  • Joined the Albertville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Community Planning Committee, and the Albertville Chamber Team of Ambassadors.
  • Joined the Albertville City Schools Foundation Board of Directors. 
  • Hosted or participated in career development events at local schools.
  • Hosted our annual Santa Night, which is free to everyone. And so much more.

Community Impact

Season of Giving

From September to December, we dedicate a portion of vehicle sales to local non-profits through our annual Season of Giving. For every car sold, $25 is donated to a chosen non-profit, allowing us to support vital community services. We donate over $25,000 each season!

    SPREADING JOY WITH OUR Annual Santa Night

    One of the largest events we hold each year is our Santa Night. Santa Night is a free event that provides family fun, activities, and pictures with Santa. It started as a small event for families to be able to get their pictures made with Santa at no cost. From there it has grown into an event that brings over 1000 visitors each year. Our Elves setup activity stations around the dealership and we have food trucks outside so that you can enjoy a fun night out as you wait for your turn for your pictures with Santa! The event continues to grow each year and we can't wait to see what the future holds.

      Sometimes giving isn't enough. We work diligently with local leaders and local schools to lead the charge on a bright future for our community.  We are heavily involved in the Albertville Chamber of Commerce, which offers opportunities to connect with other businesses and leaders in order to better understand the needs of our community. We actively engage in working community events, demonstrating our commitment to the community. Whether it's a charity run, a local fair, or a school fundraising event, you'll often see us right there in the thick of things, supporting and contributing to the vibrancy of Marshall County.

          Sponsoring Over 100 Events and Teams Annually

          Our dealership proudly supports a wide array of local events each year. By sponsoring more than 100 events, we help bring people together, celebrate community spirit, and foster local talent. Whether it's a festival, fair, or charity run, we're there to ensure these events thrive and continue to enrich our community.

          From youth sports leagues to cultural associations, we're committed to supporting over 50 teams and organizations. This support helps provide necessary resources such as equipment and facility upgrades, ensuring these groups can focus on their mission and impact within the community. Just last year, our sponsorship helped a local soccer team purchase new uniforms and gear, boosting team morale and performance.

            Supporting Albertville

            Education is a pillar of a thriving community, and we're proud to be partners with the Albertville City Schools Foundation. This allows us to support educational programs and opportunities, ensuring students have access to the resources they need to succeed. In 2024, our contributions helped fund a technology upgrade for local classrooms, directly enhancing student learning experiences.

            We also work closely with the Albertville Chamber of Commerce to drive economic growth and development. Our involvement extends to joining the Board of Directors, Community Planning Committee, and Team of Ambassadors. By collaborating with local businesses and leaders, we contribute to initiatives that enhance the quality of life in our community.

              In our commitment to nurturing future leaders, we regularly host career development events at local schools. These events provide students with insights into various careers, helping them make informed decisions about their futures. By connecting students with industry professionals, we aim to inspire and guide the next generation.
